Kim Keller, DVM

Dr. Kim Keller

An emergency veterinarian at Valley Cottage Animal Hospital since 2006, Dr. Kim Keller is a native of Cornwall. She attended Geneseo State University and received her Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry in 1991. Dr. Keller continued her education at Ross University and was awarded her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1997. Dr. Keller spent a clinical year at North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine and her professional interests include pediatrics and wildlife. A licensed wildlife rehabilitator, she is the staff veterinarian for the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum. Dr. Keller is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the American Animal Hospital Association, the New York State Veterinary Medical Association and the Hudson Valley Veterinary Medical Association. She has continuing education certifications in ultrasound and artificial insemination.

Dr. Keller's animal companions include Mic, a Whippet, a cat named Petrie, a cockatiel and several fish. When she's not busy with her duties at the hospital, Dr. Keller enjoys gardening, hiking and spending time with her three sons.
